Account customers
When you create an LFR account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for protecting the password that you use to access the Service and for all activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to be fully responsible for activities related to your account or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The purchase
If you wish to purchase a product or service available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
All prices include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise specified as a suffix to each price and currency statement. All prices are inclusive of VAT (sales tax) when the shipping address is within the European Union (EU).
All payments are reserved as transactions at order confirmation, All transactions are carried out as withdrawals at shipment creation. All orders are final and completed upon creation of the first shipping label.
Upon receipt of your order, collection at the collection point or arrival at the delivery address, each item can be claimed for defective material or manufacturing for a period of 24 months. All claims must be communicated to us via our contact details within a reasonable time after discovery. When our claim is accepted, we offer either/or/and exchange, repair, discount or refund.
Upon receipt of your order, collection at the collection point or arrival at the delivery address, each item can be returned for a full refund of the item’s purchase amount within 30 days. Return shipments must be shipped for you, the returning party, at no additional cost upon arrival to us, the receiving party. The Service is not designed to provide qualitative advice regarding the fitness for purpose and merchantability of any products or services. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and do your own due diligence when conducting transactions through the Service.

Please note:
• All orders are sent out of Denmark.
• We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes.
• There may be additional transaction fees and charges for which LFR is not responsible. LFR reserves the right to modify or amend these terms without notice.
• LFR only sends orders on weekdays. Working days are Monday to Friday.

Tracking
If you have not yet received a tracking number for your online order, it means that we are still working on sending your package. Orders are shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. It may take longer during sales periods due to high order volumes. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Availability, errors and inaccuracies

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including pricing, product images, specifications, availability and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.

How to send a return.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item or size, you must return it for a full refund and make a new purchase for the item you prefer. This process helps guarantee the availability of the replacement item and means we can ship it to you immediately.

For health and hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying on your kit.
Items must be returned “as new”, in salable condition, unused, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in salable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please ensure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost during the return transport, we would recommend that you purchase insurance from your parcel carrier.

If you have purchased with a gift card or purchased a sale item, your refund will be issued in the form of an LFR credit, which can only be used online for a future purchase from us. Please also note that returns can only be processed in the same currency in which the goods were purchased.
When do we refund?
Once we have received your returned item, your return is normally processed within a week.
*Please note: for refunds, your bank may need 3-5 business days to clear the money back into your account once we have placed the refund on our site. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an email to let you know.
If an item is refunded to you, you will receive the payment in the same currency in which you purchased the products. This will be issued to the original payment method used when your order was first placed.
*Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
Return selections
The return conditions apply to all goods purchased at laflammerouge.dk or through LFR retail stores, and proof of purchase must be presented with your return request within the return period.
Sale items:
Although we accept returns on sale items, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to LFR.
No exchanges are offered for sale items, we only issue refunds. Please place a new purchase order for the desired new item.
